Dave Keeling worked with the law firm’s Learning and Development dept delivering an hour-long keynote on risk taking and growth mindset, followed by an hour in which the delegates worked in teams to create 60-second adverts that celebrated the important work the Farm does in creating opportunities and experiences for the local community.
The day was designed to challenge the team to practise interactive problem solving and to leave something tangible for the farm to benefit from. The rest of the day then involved welly wearing, mud flinging and chicken run construction, which in our book is a day well spent.
