Building resilience at BT

BT are facing a lot of change at the moment, so who they gonna call? Laughology, of course.

Stephanie Davies worked with the telecom company’s SME leadership team, which works with customers to help them build resilience in their own businesses.  Stephanie spent a half-day with the team planning and developing strategies to help and support organisations through change.

The session also looked at how delegates could continue to deliver excellent service. The day started with a talk by former Premiership footballer Andy Cole, who spoke about his personal experience leaving football, becoming ill and how he built up his own personal resilience.
