Would you like to work for one of the most fun, exciting, interesting and enterprising learning and development companies in the UK? We are looking for new trainers and consultants to join our team as associates.
The roles are flexible and depend on your level of experience and expertise. You may be a first-class facilitator with experience in corporates, schools and the public sector or a high-level consultant working on a strategic with blue chip clients. Our associates work on an ad hoc basis delivering workshops, sessions, programmes and projects around the UK and internationally and there are opportunities at all levels within our team. We are a growing, in-demand business and there is potential for the right candidates to carve out their own roles on a more permanent basis. The most important thing is that candidates have the right drive, understanding of who and what we are and are dynamic individuals who have the right sparkle.
Our rates are flexible depending on the type of facilitation required. They are competitive and dependent on experience. We also offer benefits including bonus awards for new business generated. If you are great at bringing in new business and delivering solutions to organisations, then we can even work out a commission-based pay structure.
